Mr. Chin is a solicitor in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and England & Wales. He is now the principal of Chin & Associates.
Mr. Chin obtained his law degree (LL.B (Hons)) in United Kingdom and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL) in Hong Kong. He is now enrolled in a Master of Laws program.
Apart from his professional qualification as a solicitor, Mr. Chin is also a Chartered Electrical & Mechanical Engineer in the United Kingdom and a Registered Professional Engineer both in Canada and in Hong Kong.
Mr. Chin practices civil litigation along with corporate/commercial law with emphasis on information technology, telecommunication law and intellectual property law.
